The filmmaker Ullabritt Horn accompanies the 75years old Han Sen, born and grown up in Berlin as son of revolutionary Chinese parents, during his journey through his outstanding life. Meeting friends, classmates and lost family members in Germany, Switzerland, China and Ukraine. As an involuntary wanderer between different political and cultural systems his search for traces of his life is a personal and political review of the 20th century.
