The Central German Film Fund located at Leipzig supports the film production of “The Breeding of a New Man” with 30.000 Euro. The Russian filmmaker Boris Karadjev´will portray the experiments in the young Soviet Union to create a superhuman. Some scientist even tried to cross man and ape to get a super worrier or slave worker for example.
